Cancellation Policy

01General

Enrollment in the tracks is made in a conversation with us, by phone or WhatsApp, or by an agreement signed with us in person. Your cancellation rights are determined by the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations, 5771-2010. Where the law is not clear-cut, our policy gives you the more lenient option. If the law gives you a broader right than described here, that right applies.

02Enrolling remotely: phone, WhatsApp or website

• You may cancel within 14 days of the day you enrolled or the day you received the document with the transaction details, whichever is later, provided that you cancel at least 2 days that are not rest days before the track begins.
• Senior citizens (aged 65 and over), people with disabilities and new immigrants (in the first five years from the date of immigration) may cancel a distance transaction that included a conversation with us within 4 months, under the conditions set by law.
• Before enrollment, and in a document sent to you before the track begins, we will set out the business details, the main features of the track, the total price and payment terms, the dates, and your cancellation rights.

03An agreement signed with us in person

Even when the agreement is signed with us in person, the same terms apply as for remote enrollment: you may cancel within 14 days of the day the agreement was made, provided that you cancel at least 2 days that are not rest days before the track begins.

04Cancelling after the track has started

Even if the track has already started, you may cancel the rest of your studies. In that case we will refund what you paid for the sessions that have not yet taken place, less the cancellation fee below.

05Cancellation fee and refund

• The cancellation fee will not exceed 5% of the price or 100 NIS, whichever is lower.
• No cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is due to a defect, a mismatch with what was agreed, a delay on our part or any other breach by us.
• We will refund the amount paid, less the cancellation fee if one applies, within 7 business days of receiving the cancellation notice, using the same payment method.
• The digital course included in the track does not limit your right to cancel. When your enrollment is cancelled, access to it ends.
