Session 1: Hair types, cleaning and preparation
- Types of natural hair and extensions.
- Professional hair cleaning and preparing hair for work.
- Blending hair and working with a hackle.
Session 2: Sewing wefts
- Sewing wefts professionally.
- Adapting the hair for extensions.
- Hands-on practice.
Session 3: Ventilating fundamentals
- Single-knot ventilating.
- Working with baby hair.
- Hand-tying practice.
Session 4: Lace construction
- Introduction to front lace and top lace.
- Lace construction and working processes.
- Basic lace repairs.
Session 5: Basic repairs and maintenance
- Lengthening and shortening a wig.
- Repairing a fringe and adapting it to the wig structure.
- Caring for and maintaining wigs over time.
