01Who is responsible for the information

The website is operated by Toppers Academy (Peot Rina Dorani, Company no. 317271187). We are the controller of the information provided to us through the website, within the meaning of the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981.

02What information is collected

When you leave your details in the inquiry form, we receive the information you provided: full name, phone number, the track you are interested in, previous experience in the field, and a free-text message if you wrote one.

When you contact us via WhatsApp or by phone, the information passes through those services and is kept by us in order to handle your inquiry.

As with any website, the hosting server automatically records basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type and time of access) for security and operational purposes.

03Why we use the information

• To get back to you following your inquiry and to schedule a consultation call.
• To match a study track to your needs and to handle your enrollment.
• To send you updates and mailings, only if you have given explicit and separate consent.
• To comply with our obligations under law.

The information will not be used for any other purpose without informing you, and we will not sell it to anyone.

04Providing information voluntarily

You are under no legal obligation to provide us with information. Submitting your details in the form is done of your own free will and with your consent. Without a name and phone number, we will not be able to get back to you.

05Who the information is shared with

The information is not disclosed to third parties, except to service providers who help us operate the website and handle inquiries, and only to the extent necessary for that purpose:

• The website hosting service (Vercel Inc.). The servers may be located outside Israel, and the transfer is carried out in accordance with the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad).
• WhatsApp (Meta), if you chose to contact us via WhatsApp. Use of WhatsApp is subject to the WhatsApp privacy policy.
• A system for managing inquiries, if and when one is connected to the form. We will update this policy accordingly.

Information may be disclosed to authorities if we are required to do so by law.

06Cookies and tracking

The website does not use marketing cookies, advertising tools or third-party tracking tools. Fonts are served from the website itself, without requests to external servers. If we add measurement tools or non-essential cookies in the future, we will ask for your consent in advance and update this policy.

07How long the information is kept

Inquiry details are kept for up to 24 months from the date of your last inquiry, unless you enrolled in a course, in which case we will keep the information required to manage your studies and to comply with our legal obligations. After that, the information is deleted.

08Information security

We take reasonable and accepted measures to protect the information, in accordance with the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Data Security), 5777-2017: access to the information is limited to people who need it in order to handle your inquiry, and the website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). However, no method guarantees absolute protection.

09Your rights

• To review the information kept about you (section 13 of the Protection of Privacy Law).
• To request that information that is not correct, complete, clear or up to date be corrected, or deleted (section 14).
• To request, at any time, to stop receiving mailings and marketing communications (section 17F of the Protection of Privacy Law and section 30A of the Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law).
• To withdraw any consent you have given.
