The website is operated by Toppers Academy (Peot Rina Dorani, Company no. 317271187), 19 Aharonovitz St., Bnei Brak, Israel. These terms apply equally to all genders.

If any term is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply.

02Information on the website

The information on the website about the tracks, training programs and services is general information and does not constitute a binding offer. The curriculum, number of hours, dates, prices and enrollment terms of each track will be provided to you in the consultation call and in the enrollment documents, and only those are binding.

We make every effort to keep the information accurate and up to date, but errors or changes may occur. We would appreciate it if you let us know about any error.

03Training and results

The training programs provide knowledge and practical skills. Professional and business success after the studies depends on each individual student, and we do not guarantee any particular income, job placement or business result.

The graduate support package (suppliers, professional support, continuing training sessions and mentoring) is provided to the extent and for the period defined for each track in the enrollment documents.

Every in-person course also includes access to the digital course of the same track. The manner of access, its duration and the terms of use of the digital content will be set out in the enrollment documents. The content is intended for the personal use of the student only, and may not be copied, distributed or shared.

04Enrollment and cancellation

Enrollment in a track is made under a separate agreement. Cancellation of a transaction, including a distance transaction, will be carried out in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transaction), 5771-2010, and the enrollment terms of the track.

05Images and content

All content on the website, including text, design, logo and images, is owned by Toppers Academy or used with permission, and is protected by copyright. It may not be copied, distributed or used commercially without written permission.

Some of the images on the website were created or edited digitally to illustrate the nature of the studies and the work, and do not document any specific event.

06External links and services

The website includes links to external services, such as WhatsApp. Their use is subject to the terms and policies of those services, over which we have no control.

07Use of the website

You may not use the website for any unlawful purpose, attempt to harm its operation or security, or submit false information or the information of another person without their permission.

08Liability

The website is provided as is (AS IS). To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect damage arising from use of the website, from reliance on general information appearing on it, or from any malfunction or interruption in its availability.

09Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and the use of the website are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction is vested in the competent courts of the Tel Aviv district.
